The Dad Journal

The Dad Journal is a guided workbook designed to help fathers of all ages and stages feel more confident, capable, joyful, and at peace with their role as a father. 

The journal is organized into seven sections:

1. What Does It Mean to Be a Dad? 

2. Relationship With My Dad 

3. Relationship with My Child 

4. Relationship with My Partner 

5. Relationship with My Friends 

6. Relationship With Myself 

7. Balancing It All. 


Each sections follows a similar structure and sequence, designed to focus on exploring identity, acknowledging fears and challenges, utilizing strengths, identifying roles, nurturing relationships, practicing healthy communication, and understanding and validating emotions.
