Welcome to The Protocol, a transformative 12-week self-acceleration program designed to guide you towards embracing positive change and dramatic growth in your life.  Through a structured approach focusing on daily routines and practices, while also deepening awareness into progress-thwarting beliefs and behaviors, The Protocol empowers you to cultivate healthy habits that build momentum towards your desired transformation.

Focus Areas

  • Consumption: This component addresses not only the consumption of food but also the consumption of information. We'll work on optimizing your diet for energy and vitality, as well as curating the information you intake to support your mental and emotional well-being.

  • Movement: The movement aspect encompasses physical wellness and emotional release. You'll explore ways to move your body that promote overall health and vitality, while also learning techniques to release and manage emotions in a healthy manner.

  • Connection: Building meaningful connections with yourself and your environment is crucial for personal growth. Through various exercises and practices, you'll deepen your relationship with yourself and cultivate more fulfilling connections with others.


  • Detailed Goal Formation: Evidenced-based practices to help you develop specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-based goals, along with clear action steps to help you reach those goals. 

  • Daily Reflection through Formulated Prompts: You'll use the 262 page Program Portfolio to document your daily progress, reflect on your experiences, and set intentions for the day ahead. Journaling serves as a powerful tool for self-awareness and accountability.

  • Productivity Planning: Your Portfolio will also help you plan your productivity, allowing you to set goals and track your progress towards them. By breaking down your objectives into actionable steps, you'll stay focused and motivated throughout the program.

  • Clinical Worksheets & Exercises: You will receive worksheets and exercises designed to deeply explore emotional, psychological, and behavioral blocks that have prevented you from being consistent with healthy behaviors and resulted in negative outcomes, along with strategies and interventions to help you overcome these barriers and achieve lasting success. 

  • Weekly Email Consultation: Each week, you'll receive personalized guidance and support via email. Your coach will check in on your progress, address any challenges you may be facing, and provide additional resources or insights to help you stay on track.

  • Virtual Coaching Sessions: Over the 12 weeks you will participate in four (4) virtual coaching sessions. These sessions offer an opportunity to delve deeper into your transformation journey, receive direct feedback and support, process insights, and review completed assignments and exercises. 


  • Breakthroughs: Experience profound breakthroughs as you uncover and overcome limiting beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back.

  • Increased Energy: Adopting healthier habits around food and movement will leave you feeling more energized and vibrant.
