Welcome to my practice.  I am a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with youth for over 25 years, been a therapist for over 18 years, and supervised teams and clinical programs for the last 6 years.  I firmly believe all people have the power and the ability to heal themselves. I believe my clients know themselves best and thus within possess the tools needed to make dynamic life changes.  I have a passion for narrative therapy, story, poetry, creative writing and music. My role as a counselor is to assist in this process by providing compassion, patience, non-judgment, and when needed, the appropriate push, direction, and insight that will guide you towards improving self-awareness and achieving your personal goals. I view therapy as a collaborative and sacred process that is built on the foundations of openness, trust, and safety.

I am a registered clinical social work intern. I am currently working as a school social worker and clinical therapist. I operate from the belief that we are all the experts in our own life. My goal as your therapist is to walk alongside you for this part of your journey, providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment to learn and grow. I enjoy using creative outlets such as visual arts and journaling with my clients, as well as utilizing relational and psychodynamic theories.
